The board of directors of Barry Callebaut Group has appointed Vamsi Mohan Thati new President Asia Pacific and member of the executive committee, effective 1 April 2023. He succeeds Jo Thys, who was appointed Chief Operations Officer as of 1 January 2023. Thati (born 1971, Indian national) was President of Greater China and Mongolia for The Coca-Cola Company. Prior, he served as President of Coca-Cola’s South Pacific Business Unit (Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Islands). Vamsi Mohan Thati joined Coca-Cola in 1998.
