Tanis Food Tec and Orangeworks jointly represented at interpack


Tanis Food Tec, supplier of process lines for confectionery and bakery products, and Orangeworks, specialist for process installations for the food industry, will participate in the interpack trade show in Düsseldorf/Germany together for the first time (hall 3, booth A19). They will show their latest generation marshmallow processing line that is suitable for all types of marshmallows including new trends like sugar-free, no-sugar-added or vegan. On their booth, a full cooking and cooling skid with colour/flavour dosing will be shown with highlights of tempering/aeration and extrusion. Also on show is the RotoPlant system with all technology on board for tempering, cooling, reheating and pasteurization of both liquids and very viscous masses. Several example marshmallow extruders are also on display – both for static and for rotating cable extrusion. A CIP (cleaning-in-place) cleaning assist is integrated into the lines for the confectionery and bakery industries. A specially designed robust cooling tunnel will also be presented.
