Royal Duyvis Wiener to show new cocoa and chocolate processing systems


Royal Duyvis Wiener have launched a range of innovations for cocoa and chocolate processing equipment. In this innovation programme, launched as Generation 7, the Wiener Choc 500 line and the Thouet five-roll refiner can be found. Both are on display at interpack.

Smart and customer-driven engineering solutions created the fundament for the new five-roll refiner. The key characteristic of this machine is its universal properties. It will fit in any traditional chocolate line and is fully interchangeable with all main brand five-roll refiners. All main brand rolls and gears can be fitted into this machine, combined with the service customers are used to from the manufacturer. The system has improved not only in smart design and look & feel, it also achieves top-notch performance with full control over temperature, gap pressure and roller speed.

The Wiener Choc 500 was launched especially for manufacturers who want to produce on a smaller scale. The all-in-one line for mixing and refining is created for a fast, flexible and cost-effective processing of batches ranging from 425 to 500 kg. The system is the versatile chocolate and compound processing solution, able to handle a high variation in recipes and easy to operate with minimal manpower.

The innovation spree expands to the cocoa processing industry. At interpack, the new edition will be launched of the machine that introduced the company to the industry: the Duyvis Press. The specialists from Royal Duyvis Wiener were assigned to rethink the press with a sustainable mind-set to drive safety, capacity and energy efficiency. At the trade fair,
a digital tour under the hood of the press will be available.
