Oliver Blaha
Ishida GmbH is now under new management. Since 20 January 2020, Oliver Blaha (53) has been responsible for the packaging technology manufacturer’s business in Germany and Austria. In his long industrial career, Oliver Blaha has repeatedly demonstrated leadership and sales expertise, and he has successfully developed the units entrusted to him. Oliver Blaha approaches his new job at Ishida with great enthusiasm and would like to develop the company into the market leader in Germany over the next few years.

H. Hahnenkamp
Since the beginning of the year, Herbert Hahnenkamp (52) has been part of the team of the management and personnel consultant Koch & Conrad. The company is one of the leading addresses in executive placement in packaging and food machine engineering. After successful positions at various packaging technology companies, he took over the establishment of the Eastern European business for the Japanese weighing and packaging specialist Ishida in 2007. He founded three branches in Bucharest, Prague and Moscow.

H.-C. Langowski
On 31 March 2020, Prof. Dr Horst-Christian Langowski, long-time Director of the Fraunhofer Institute for Process Engineering and Packaging (IVV) in Freising/Germany, has left the internationally active institute’s management and has retired. He has worked at Fraunhofer IVV for almost 30 years, the past 16 years as Director of the institute. His successor, Prof. Dr Andrea Büttner, has been in office since 1 November 2019 and took over the management of the institute as new Executive Director on 1 April 2020.

Jochen Schühle
The logistics and supply chain consulting company Miebach Consulting has appointed Jochen Schühle as CEO of Miebach Consulting GmbH in Germany from 1 February 2020. Jürgen Hess, the previous Managing Director of the German Miebach company, changed to the holding management on 1 April 2020. Together with Dr Wolfram Süssenguth (COO), Jochen Schühle is now responsible for managing Miebach Consulting Germany. He previously served as General Manager of the Miebach offices in the USA and in Canada.
