At FachPack, the Schut Systems F111 erecting system erected a special tray: LockWell. LockWell is an environmentally friendly alternative to plastic trays. According to the supplier, the unique concept was developed in cooperation with PilloPak, a manufacturer of ultra-light corrugated board. The concept includes a tray erecting machine and a tray cut from ultralight corrugated board. The cut is removed from a magazine, pressed through the tooling plate and transported out of the machine as finished packaging. The erecting machine can be integrated directly into a packing line.

The tray or folding box erecting machine F111 has a special construction. The drive and control box are installed at the top of the machine. The advantages of this design are immediately apparent: the machine is easily accessible from all four sides and clearly arranged.
