R. Weiss’s Unirob toploading and picker lines package all chunky products that can be toploaded into containers, including confectionery such as chocolate bars and pralines or baked goods such as biscuits and cookies. A variety of freely configurable standard modules leads to customized overall concepts. By means of two Unirob picker lines, visitors to iba trade fair were able to convince themselves of the performance of the company’s packaging solutions. With the mono line exhibited, unmixed products can be precisely packed at top speed. With the ­sub-mixing system shown, sales units with different varieties or flavours can be flexibly configured and packaged. The Unirob picker lines are used wherever maximized productivity, high cycle times and absolute precision are required.
