This spring, LCM introduced its new LCM ATC-P large coating machine. Now, the company has a small coating machine, the LCM 180 ATC-S, new to the range. At iba, both systems were presented in action to a larger audience for the first time.

The LCM ATC-P is a coating machine with an intermediate pump. The pump increases the continuous tempering capacity to more than 130 kg/h. This machine type is specially designed for large products and high chocolate consumption. In the current working process, liquid chocolate can be refilled fully automatically by means of an LCM melting container.

The LCM 180 ATC-S (image), the smallest and most compact LCM coating machine with fully automatic continuous circulation temperature control, is intended as an entry level model. With a bandwidth of 18 cm, it is suitable for both the coating of pralines and biscuits. It also offers enough space for depositing – anything from praline moulds to large hollow bodies is possible.
