GNT Group expands customer service

The GNT Group expands the facilities at its strategically important location in Derby, the United Kingdom. “We are proud to officially open our newly expanded offices and application facilities with our experienced and dedicated team,” says Paul Collins, Managing Director of GNT UK Ltd. “From here we serve not only the UK but also clients in locations including Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, India and Israel.” This is another important investment by GNT to offer its clients worldwide even more extensive, in-depth support – from the creation of the recipe through to the finished product – demonstrating the company’s leading role in service quality. The new 750 m² facility houses various application and analytical laboratories, development kitchens as well as spacious light offices for the growing team. High specification equipment now permits GNT UK to offer further local support across a diverse range of food and drink categories including panning drums for coated confectionery and a wet area dedicated to beverages developments. State of the art accelerated storage equipment assists with shelf life evaluations and the assessment of colour performance – being a key element of GNT’s service competence. Additionally, the creation of a unique Customer Experience Room – a bespoke facility for workshops and projects – allows clients to gain first-hand insights, interact with and experience Colouring Foods.
