For the first time at interpack 2023, the newly founded Swiss company Nera will be exhibiting together with chocolate machine manufacturer LCM. During live presentations, the NeraOne one-shot depositor from Nera Technologies deposits filled cat tongues directly onto an LCM cooling tunnel (image). This is done completely without a mould. The Nera system is also used to dose chocolate coins onto the cooling tunnel.

The NeraOne is a flexible and compact machine. It can be used universally and supports the confectioner in the production of his varied and high-quality products. Thanks to its innovative, flexible dosing system, it can be used for various applications.

LCM machines with fully automatic tempering take over the dissolving and tempering process of the chocolate coating and ensure consistent quality for all chocolate-coated products through fully automatic, continuous circulation tempering. LCM will be showing its LCM 320 ATC chocolate coating machine, tempering machines with a 50 kg tank, a triple temper with three 25 kg tanks and a small cooling tunnel.
