The “free-from” market is growing in popularity as consumers increasingly prefer environmentally friendly and “free-from” alternatives. With this in mind, it is important to note that the Free from Functional Food & Health Ingredients (FFF&HI) trade show will return to the Fira in Barcelona/Spain on 7 to 8 June 2022. The event, which describes itself as the ultimate experience for free-from, organic and vegan alternatives, is expected to attract more than 320 exhibitors showcasing thousands of inno-vative products and brands from over 53 countries worldwide.

FFF&HI 2022 offers brands, retailers and food manufacturers a one-stop shop for all their free-from, functional food and health ingredient needs. Brands and ingredients will be presented by location. In addition to a high-calibre line-up of exhibitors, there will be a dedicated conference programme featuring scientists, researchers and consultants from across the functional food and healthy ingredients industry. Attendees will gain insights into hot topics such as sustainable packaging, healthy bakery ingredients and more.
