Bizerba, a German supplier of weighing solutions, cutting machines and labelling systems, has acquired the Italian service provider Electronic Service Italia Srl based in Bovolone near Verona. With the takeover of ESI, Bizerba is expanding its service competence in Italy.

Founded in 1999, ESI is an established service provider in the fields of weighing systems, labelling systems and label printers, barcode readers, industrial image processing systems and RFID technology. Like Bizerba, the Italian company stands for high quality with the UNI-EN-ISO-9001 certification (since 2004), the continuous improvement for the increasing and more complex market requirements as well as for an optimal after-sales support in order to ensure an efficient installation, a timely diagnosis and cost transparency.
