PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, announces Jim Pittas will assume the role of president and CEO of PMMI effective 1 February 2018. He succeeds Chuck Yuska, who is retiring after 27 years at the helm but will remain at PMMI in an advisory role through his official retirement in May.

Jim Pittas became Chief Operating Officer in April 2017 after 17 years successfully managing PMMI’s number one member service, Pack Expo trade shows. “I can’t say enough about the leadership blueprint working alongside Chuck provided me over the past 18 years,” he says. “It is impossible to measure what he has meant to PMMI, but I strive to build upon that legacy.”
