Patented process from Kaupert

The company Kaupert has filed a patent on a process that will enable a direct chocolate deposit into primary packaging. The advantages are: No time-consuming, post production chocolate packaging necessary; vacuum-formed plastic films simultaneously serving as one-way mould and packaging. In addition, the concise and precise esthetics show qualities of design objects. And there are transparent, printed, metalized and coloured films to choose from. All films used are BPA-free. Already back in the 1960s, Kaupert had conceived the successful Praegal System: Chocolate was being deposited straight into the final aluminium packaging serving as a spinning mould at the same time.
