From December 2 to 4, 2025, the ZDS will once again invite visitors to Solingen – this time to InterPraline, the established international congress for the praline and chocolate industry. While BarTech Europe broke new ground, InterPraline continues its long tradition as the leading congress for innovations, trends, and technology in the premium confectionery industry.
Over 20 expert speakers from industry and academia will present current developments and best practices. The program will focus on:
- Raw materials and ingredients: from cocoa and fillings to innovative, plant-based alternatives.
- Technology and process optimisation: new methods in chocolate production, flexible production lines, and quality management
- Sustainability: solutions for resource-efficient supply chains and climate-friendly packaging
- Consumer trends: lifestyle products, healthy indulgences, and the balance between tradition and innovation.
In addition to the specialist presentations, the foyer exhibition offers companies a stage to showcase their technologies, machines, and raw materials. Personal exchange during breaks, at the exhibition, and at evening events has been at the heart of InterPraline for years and makes the congress an important industry meeting place.
InterPraline 2025 offers the international confectionery industry the opportunity to discuss the latest developments and set strategic impulses for the coming years. Especially in view of the dynamic market changes from increasing health awareness to sustainability requirements and technological upheavals the event will provide valuable guidance.
While BarTech Europe was a successful premiere that demonstrated the high level of interest in a specialised forum for bar technology, InterPraline is now the next highlight in the event calendar. In December, it will once again bring together experts from all over the world with the aim of jointly shaping the future of chocolate and pralines.
