AI software provider OMMM has successfully completed a seed financing round worth around €3.6 million. Founded in 2019, the company develops AI-based planning solutions for the process industry and now aims to further expand its strong position in the food industry. The three operational founders bring with them experience from management positions at Zentis and Homann, supply chain expertise in the industry, and international management know-how from Apple, BMW and SAP.
The lead investors in this round are Neoteq Ventures and NRW.BANK. In addition, the founders once again contributed a six-figure sum, as did renowned business angels from the wider industry. Investors include Luka Mucic (former SAP CFO), Andreas Ronken (CEO Ritter), Dirk Barnard (former CHRO Schwarz Group), Holger Schlenger (former CIO Valeo Foods Group) and Sebastian Diers (CEO EFESO DACH). In addition to the lead investors, OMMM has attracted strong interest from other strategic investors who want to strengthen the company's growth trajectory.
OMMM is already profitable and would like to expand its team, particularly in the areas of development and software implementation.
