Nowadays, machines with a small footprint are becoming increasingly important. Hastamat and LoeschPack focus on packaging solutions that are specifically tailored to this requirement. "With the compact machines from Hastamat and LoeschPack, we offer our international customers a sustainable solution that combines economic and ecological advantages. We support them in working more efficiently, saving space and acting in an environmentally conscious manner at the same time," says Olaf Piepenbrock, Managing Partner of Hastamat, LoeschPack and the parent company Piepenbrock.
Hastamat and LoeschPack packaging systems are designed to minimise their ecological footprint. They impress with reduced emissions, durability and low staffing requirements. Thanks to their compact design, the machines can also be integrated into cramped and busy production facilities. This reduces the costs for larger halls or storage areas. Uncomplicated transport and installation processes reduce CO2 emissions during logistics and assembly.
At the trade fair, Hastamat presented a sustainable packaging system with Doystyle bags made from paper-based, recyclable material to industry professionals. The RM-270 vertical form fill seal machine with hygienic stainless steel housing is designed for versatility. It flexibly packages fresh and frozen food and non-food items according to customer requirements. Only a few simple steps are required to adjust the machine to the respective product. It processes all format ranges and bag shapes including recyclable packaging materials. Different dosing units and special applications can be easily integrated. The combination of machine housing and control cabinet facilitates maintenance and enables quick cleaning. The machine impresses with a speed of 220 bags per minute.
