Symrise AG is expanding its executive board and has appointed Dr Stephanie Coßmann to the executive board for the newly created Human Resources and Legal Affairs department. The experienced manager was most recently a member of the executive board and Labour Director at Lanxess AG. There, she was responsible for the corporate functions Human Resources (HR) and Legal and Compliance as well as the Leather business unit. The doctor of law had already headed the HR department of the Cologne-based company since 2017.
