The CCW-RV-228W multihead weigher (image) presented by Ishida at FachPack 2022 trade show in Nuremberg/Germany, is ideal for confectionery. With high performance, multi-mixes of up to four components can be processed, with multiple ejections also being possible. According to the manufacturer, the system is the right choice especially for filling high-priced products. Target weights between 0.5 and 20 g can be processed at a speed of up to 100 weighings per minute and with an accuracy of 0.01 g. Thanks to its small dimensions of 650 mm x 650 mm x 970 mm, the system requires little space.

The CCW-R2 multihead weigher, on the other hand, is a suitable solution for the automatic packaging of highly adhesive and pressure-sensitive products. In the six-head version, the linear weigher manages up to 30 weighings per minute, and the prod-uct loss is less than 1 %. It is also an economical solution for automating smaller batches. Another advantage is its small footprint.
