Free From Functional & Health Ingredients Expo 2022 will take place on 22 and 23 November at the RAI Amsterdam/Netherlands. The ingredient show offers international experts from various fields the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas about the most important food trends and offerings in the coming years.

The trade fair will provide insights into the latest trends in lactose-free, gluten-free, sugar-free and plant-based products, organic, vegan, protein transitions, functional foods as well as ingredients. It will also take an in-depth look at future trends. “For example, products that are minimally processed and contain little or no artificial additives are becoming more mainstream,” explains organizer Ronald Holman of Expo Business Communications.

During the fair, hundreds of international manufacturers and traders in the food and beverage sector will present their product innovations. Thousands of relevant products will be on display. In addition, numerous expert round-table discussions offer the opportunity to delve deeper into specific topics.
