Spot on: event preview for the second half of the year


The ZDS is back! After a successful first half of the year, it would like to present the future events for the rest of 2022, and there are going to be a lot of international and exciting trainings in presence there.

The highlights of the season should be pointed out: Save the date for Inter Ice in autumn, the international ice cream congress. This attractive and innovative seminar will be conducted on ZDS premises and will present the latest developments in ice cream research and technology by experts from research and practice.

And the very best at the end of the year will be the Choco Tec, the international chocolate congress. Choco Tec is one of the most successful congresses and most important meeting points for the chocolate industry. Participants will get a great overview of current trends, internationally growing markets, novel functional raw materials, innovative technologies, quality assurance aspects, sustainability and much more from 13 to 15 December 2022.

Particularly in the seminar department of the ZDS, importance is attached to a balanced mix of practice-oriented workshops in presence as well as theoretical trainings as online variants, as well as the possibility to participate in all courses in different languages like German, English and Spanish.

An essential part of digital events is the cooperation with selected speakers, which is outstanding at ZDS. Participants have the opportunity to get in touch with the speaker, to place questions and comments in the virtual plenum and to taste and discuss the previously delivered product samples together.•
