Visitors to the Winkler und Dünnebier Süßwarenmaschinen (WDS) booth at ProSweets Cologne 2022 can look forward to the presentation of interesting exhibits: an innovative depositing station, the Mogul 660, that enables product developments and special depositing processes, as well as a modern generation of production lines for gum, jelly and chocolate that is designed to set new standards in terms of efficiency, hygiene and product handling. The ConfecEco, for example, is an entry-level line for the production of plain, centre-filled bars, pralines and masses with inclusions. It is also suitable for jellies. The ConfecPro (pictured), on the other hand, is a chocolate production plant for confectionery manufacturers aiming for medium to high production quantities. Its modular design in combination with the decentralized electrical control system enables easy, growth-oriented expansion at small expenditures.
