Sollich: tempering and enrobing systems for low and high performances


Sollich will present various innovations at ProSweets Cologne 2022. The Turbotemper e tempering system covers the whole spectrum of chocolate tempering machines for capacities starting at 100 kg per hour and upwards. On display will be the Turbotemper e type TE 1100 D with a tempering capacity of 1100 kg/h. The patented tempering process provides optimized tempering of different types of chocolate, resulting in a constant enrobing quality, a high shelf-life and an attractive gloss of enrobed or moulded products. The integrated touch panel with intuitive surface and recipe management enables easy handling and reproduction of the machine settings. The Tempergraph is designed for online measuring of the degree of temper and ensures constant product quality.

Sollich will also show the new compact mini enrobing machine type Minicoater MC 420. The machine, available in 320 and 420 mm working width, will run with chocolate mass during the exhibition period. It can be used flexibly due to a built-in tempering system and mobile execution. Due to combined radiation and convection cooling, the subsequent cooling tunnel type Thermo-Flow LSK 420 contributes to high product quality.

Sollich is also a co-founder of the SweetConnect digital platform (p. 47), which will be presented at the booth. Together with Sollich and Chocotech, other leading suppliers of confectionery machines offer customers digital functions to optimize the production of confectionery. Monitoring the process chain, planning maintenance, viewing documents and managing the machine fleet are future-oriented ways to produce efficiently with the manufacturers’ systems.
