At the Chocolate Technology Conference in Freising at the end of June, Dr Adolphi was elected deputy chairman of the IVLV Chocolate Technology Working Group, succeeding Dr M. Lutz. The graduate chemist (University of Hamburg) has been working in the chocolate sector since 2001. He works for Wilhelm Reuss in Winsen/Luhe. He was initially active in development and application technology, and later also in quality assurance and management. Amongst other things, he is a representative and responsible for the three Reuss plants (Berlin, Winsen, Roosendaal/Netherlands).
