Kerry has appointed Azelis and Caldic to streamline its distribution network across Europe. The partnership will extend the reach of Kerry’s portfolio, grow the customer base and deliver core technologies across the region. “We selected these partners due to their extensive experience and we anticipate this partnership will provide increased access and additional choice to a larger number of customers,” says Thomas Hahlin Ahlinder, CEO of Kerry Europe.

Azelis will oversee Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Eastern Europe, while Caldic will operate in South Europe, the UK, Ireland, Scandinavia and Benelux. Kerry will continue to operate direct sales across the region to its established customers. Operations will take place in the food and beverage sectors.

Kerry’s product range complements Caldic’s food solutions portfolio for the Western European market. At the same time, the growth in interest for plant-based and “better-for-you” offerings drives innovation in functional solutions for taste, texture and nutrition.
