Lillie Li Valeur (52) will take over as head of the Germany business of European dairy cooperative Arla Foods from 1 May 2022. She succeeds Patrik Hansson, who has been Chief Marketing Officer of the Arla Foods Group since 1 April 2022. As Managing Director and Group Vice President, Lillie Li Valeur is responsible for Arla Foods’ entire business in Germany and reports to Arla Europe CEO Peter Giørtz-Carlsen. For the past two years, Lillie Li Valeur has been CEO of the Denmark-based Good Food Group. Prior to that, she worked for 18 years in various international leadership positions at Arla Foods, most recently as Vice President of Arla’s dairy-based beverages business.
