ProFood Tech continues on its course for success

The second edition of ProFood Tech is successfully reinforcing its position as the key trade fair in North America exclusively for the processing of food and beverages. The event will take place in Chicago from 26 to 28 March 2019 presenting a comprehensive overview of all segments of production technology for food and beverages.

Around 400 exhibiting companies from 24 countries have confirmed their participation. Exhibitors from Belgium, Bulgaria, France, India, Lithuania, Thailand and the Ukraine are on board for the first time. Furthermore, four international joint participations from China, France, India and Taiwan will be presenting their innovative solutions and products. The increased level of internationality compared to the previous event underlines the appeal and the business potential of the largest food market in the world for exhibitors outside of the NAFTA region.

The presence of numerous top exhibitors from the industry additionally emphasises the trade fair’s relevance for the food and beverage technology section. Among others, companies like Chr. Hansen, GEA, Schubert North America or Südpack Verpackungen will present their new products in segments like Baking & Snacks, Confectionery, Grain, Mill & Cereal and Ingredients.
