The 20th International Exhibition for Machinery, Equipment and Ingredients for the Food Processing Industry, the Agroprodmash 2015, will run on 5–9 October 2015 at Expocentre Fairgrounds in Moscow. Recently the Confectionery and Bakery Salon, which is part of the Agroprodmash trade show, has expanded owing to new participants. The trade show has won recognition as one of Russia’s main equipment shows. Russian confectionery market ranks among the world’s top five markets. In recent years this sector actively develops and shows great demand for hi-tech equipment. According to the analysts, 70 – 76?% of companies need updating of production facilities.

And the show demonstrates an entire processing chain: from equipment and ingredients to the final product packaging, quality management, refrigeration solutions and logistics. This approach attracts and satisfies a large number of professionals. In 2014 Agroprodmash brought together 762 exhibitors from 36 countries of Europe, Asia, and America.
