New solution from Multivac for labels on cylindrical, conical products and shaped bottles
With the new L 320 labelling series, Multivac is expanding its portfolio with a high-performance solution that offers companies maximum flexibility and precision in product labelling. The L 320 series processes cylindrical and conical products as well as moulded bottles and can be configured in a variety of ways – whether for wrap-around, front/back, top or seal labelling.
Multivac thus offers a flexible solution for demanding packaging and production environments. For precise labelling results, the packages are reliably separated and aligned on the conveyor belt. Stable product guidance ensures that the labels are applied in the intended position. Depending on requirements, several label dispensers can be integrated to apply different labels in a single pass. In combination with the zero downtime function, uninterrupted production is guaranteed. At the same time, the servo technology of the system ensures maximum labelling accuracy. Various optional pressure systems also ensure permanently perfect adhesion, even at high cycle rates.
Thanks to its compact design, the L 320 labelling series requires little floor space and can therefore be easily integrated into existing lines or used in small businesses. Short changeover times for product and label changes simplify highly flexible production with frequently changing batches. The minimal maintenance required for the machine increases system availability. In addition, the digital solutions MULTIVAC Smart Services support the continuous monitoring and optimisation of the efficiency and performance of the labelling solution.
