Ingredients supplier Azelis has entered a new partnership with flavour house Symrise in India and Indonesia. This collaboration is expected to bring new solutions that enrich taste and improve the nutritional profile of end products to these markets. The new mandate builds on existing relationships with Symrise in other markets, and sees Azelis adding Symrise’s dairy, confectionery and bakery flavour portfolio to the group’s food and nutrition lateral value chain in India.
