Oterra, one of the largest providers of natural colours in the world, announces the launch of its extended caramel range. This enhanced product offering further bolsters Oterra’s portfolio of colours from natural sources.

In May 2021, Oterra announced its acquisition of Secna Natural Ingredients Group S.L., who was one of the largest producers of colour from caramelized sugar. Following the integration of Secna into its portfolio, Oterra has added a full range of caramel products.

Oterra’s caramel range covers caramelized sugar, all four classes of caramel colours, and is available in liquid and powder forms. The extended range, available in an assortment of strengths, makes it suitable for use in a wide range of applications, including bakery and confectionery. All products are fully certified and accredited, including Non-GMO.
