For the third time, the Packaging Valley Germany e.V. is to host the intra-industry event ”Packaging Valley Days” that is set to take place in Schwäbisch Hall on 23 and 24 June, 2016. This time around the motto is ”Virtuality meets Reality – Packaging Processes 4.1". Expert lectures will be combined with facility tours and a complementary framework programme.
Based on this year‘s motto, research and economic experts will discuss trends and challenges in the field of packaging ­machine construction. What ”Packaging Processes 4.1” chiefly signifies is the networked ­processes and increasing cross-equipment communication. Another development that‘s finding its way into machine construction is virtuality.
On the second day, guests can get a picture of the tangible advantages offered by virtual applications during the facility tours. Based on the VR Center Schwäbisch Hall, Packaging Valley Germany e.
